Setting up my new KD-E10 and I am unable to get the collar the male adapter to catch the female port on the back to screw in. Has anyone experienced this before?

When you plugged in the power core to the KD-E10, does KD-E10 get the power and turn on normally?
Yes, everything powers on normally. Power delivery is not the problem. The problem is that the amount of play between the adapter and the unit causes the unit to shut off if it is bumped because the connection is loose. This is what (I’m assuming) the screw-collar is for.
