  2. Make sure both HDMI cables are connected from the source to the KVM switch and are in the same group for each source.
  3. Ensure that HDMI cables are not longer than 5m/16ft, and for 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, keep it below 3m/10ft. Test the cables directly to ensure they’re functioning properly.
