Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue with your 4KSW21-DM.
Steps to troubleshoot.
- Check the DIP switch to make sure it’s in KVM mode for dual monitor setup.
- Make sure both HDMI cables are connected from the source to the KVM switch and are in the same group for each source.
- Ensure that HDMI cables are not longer than 5m/16ft, and for 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, keep it below 3m/10ft. Test the cables directly to ensure they’re functioning properly.
