Since my desktop computers do not have two Display Ports, I’m using an HDMI to DP adapter, and it is not recognizing/detecting the second monitor. Both monitors are Dell E2720’s.
Do I need to use a Display Port splitter to solve the problem?

Thanks for getting back to us and ar eyou purchased our 8KSW21DP-DM?
Due to you use the HDMI-to-DP adapter and this would be the issue that most of this type adapter come with one-way transmission and only support signal transfer from DP end to HDMI end.
So you can try use this adapter direct conenct to monitor from PC and bypass our KVM so you can check does it wor or not.
