I have everything setup and good link lights, the PC is able to see other HDMI devices but not the KVM.

Does the PC detected the monitor on receiver side thru the KVM extender?
They are work thru the Ethernet switch or direct connection over a single cat cable?
If work with Ethernet switch and it required a powerful Gigbit switch and need ensure the end-to-end from transmitter to receiver have full 1Gbps bandwidth.
If is direct connection and PC can recognized the monitor but not video output,kindly please try test with other different monitor for a check.
