I purchased a 4KSW21-DM and am using Windows 10. When I change the file extension in Windows, the mouse freezes. After several seconds, it becomes usable again. If I disconnect the USB connected to the KVM switch and connect the mouse directly to the PC, the cursor moves properly. However, occasional freezes still occur. Does anyone know the cause and how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you try switch to different USB ports for a test.
When connect to KVM,the USB-A to USB-B cable connected from PC to KVM,recommend plug in to the rear USB 3.0 ports in PC side.
