ASUS Expertbook B1 1500C wont show image on displays

Hi there,

To day i received my iDock C20. Looks cool.
I connected two displays 24" with both HDMI.
1x Ethernet
1x Mouse
1x keyboard.
1x Logitech webcam

I attached 2 laptops. One HP and one ASUS.
The HP laptop (company) works fine, but when i switch to the ASUS every connection seems to work, but not the display. So ethernet, keyboard, mouse and webcam.
I just updated the BIOS and all software for the drivers but still nothing.
On the ASUS website it says the laptop has a Thunderbolt™ 4 USB-C.

I also have a ISY adapter, that i used befor the idock. I was connected to my ASUS USB-C and hold both Displays with HDMI and ehternet. That way i did have both displays working but true the idock i can’t get it to work.
I used different USB-C cable and also connected the laptop to its own power supply but still nothing.

Please help! because i need this to work!

Kind regards,
Bas

This is on the website:
Thunderbolt connection technology combines PCIExpress data transmission technology and DisplayPort display technology, which can simultaneously transmit data and video signals, with a bandwidth of up to 40Gbp/s. (Normally, the icon next to the Thunderbolt 3 interface is only marked with a lightning symbol)

https://www.asus.com/nl/support/faq/1042843/

So it should have all the things i need but still no joy with the iDock.
I also used a 240w 40GBps USB-C cable. Also nothing

Hello Bas,

Thanks for getting back to us and so sorry for the issue.
What is your Asus laptop model number?
Could you try test with a USB 4 type cable(with 40Gbps) for a test?
You can refer to this one: 40 Gbps USB-C cable

Hi there,

I used the provided cable witin the idock box.
I also used this one:
IUC 6000 USB-C Cable

USB 4.0, Video output up to 8K (60Hz), Supports Power Delivery 3.1 fast charging up to 240W, E-Mark chip, PCI Express up to 40GBps, Thunderbolt 3/4 port compatible

Still nothing happening.

My laptop is a ASUS Expertbook B1 1500C

So I used the 240w 40GBps ISY cable to Connect the HP laptop to the C20 and it worked fine.

I connected the asus but still nothing.
All drivers and bios are updated on the ASus.

I reconnect the asus to the ISY adapter like this one:

Information about the adapter:

Connect up to 3 displays in SST (Single Stream Transport) or MST (Multi-Stream Transport) mode using the VGA port and HDMI connectors. Use the RJ45 connector to connect to a wired gigabit network. The USB 3.1 Type-A ports support data transfer speeds of 5 Gbps and 7.5 W power. The USB 2.0 Type-A ports support 480 Mbps and 2.5 W. You can use SD and MicroSD cards via the integrated card reader slots. You can do all this while powering a notebook with the 100 W USB-C Power Delivery port.

This worked with out any problem. I had the powersupply separate to the asus.

Please I need help because iff it does not work I have to return the product because i aint going to buy a different laptop.
