B30 Resolution Issues

I have a B30 connect to a pair of identical 3840x1600 displays, the dock is running the current firmware

I am using the two HDMI inputs - one with a PC, and the other with a Mac

For the first few months this setup works perfectly but is becoming increasingly unreliable - the UDID codes for the displays will stop being passed through to the computers which will then revert to 640x480 display modes. Sometime this happens with both displays, sometimes with only one.

If I power cycle displays, or the dock I can sometimes restore a working configuration.

It has now got to the point where I am thankful if I get one working display and am able to use the system at all.

How to troubleshoot this, or arrange for a replacement unit?

Thanks for getting back to us and truly sorry for the issue.
Have you tried upgrade to our latest firmware version(V1.1.0) to have a check does it can fixes your issues or not?
By the way, where you purchased this iDock B30 and what is your order number?

Yes, have tried the latest firmware version - suspect this actually made it worse.

Purchased directly - order# 22923

Have you also tried replace the cables to have a test?
