How about try setup a lower resolution for the work monitor to have a check?
What is the laptop model number? If possible and could you try replace with another 40Gbps USB-C cable or thunderbolt 4 (USB 4) type C cable to have a test.
By the way, what is your C10 serial number(A2*****, get from the bottom panel)?

Yes, this issue only occurs on the laptop. The current refresh rate for the monitor is 2K-60Hz, and there is no option available to set a lower resolution.
My laptop model is Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 2, and the device serial number is A24D0891.
Additionally, it’s not possible for me to obtain a replacement cable.
