C10 monitor only works at 30 Hertz as of Mac OS 15.4.1 update

I have a '24 MacBook Air hooked up to a C10 dock and a ThinkVision T27p-10 monitor. Previously this all worked great, but as of the MacOS 15.4.1 update the screen displays black (goes into power save mode) when set to 60 Hertz. Setting it to 30 Hertz on the Mac works. Connecting to my PC via the C10 @ 60 Hertz works. Connecting the MacBook directly to the screen via USB-C works @ 60 Hertz. The HDMI cable is from the C10 to the Monitor is “ultra high speed” the USB-C cable is Thunderbolt 4 Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.
So when you update the OS and it can work to 60Hz, right?
Kindly please check does it enabled the HDR and try disable it to have a test.
Best Regards,

It all worked fine until the latest MacOS update. Now it only works through the C10 dock @ 30Hz or 24 Hz. When I connect the laptop directly to the monitor over USB-C it works at 60 Hz. HDR has been turned off the entire time - the monitor does not support it.

Hello,

Do you have the windows laptop with AMD graphics card?
If you can get the laptop and please try use it to upgrade below firmware for the USB-C in: USB-C

I don’t have access to a windows laptop, just my windows desktop. Any other options?
