Chromebook not seeing the I dock C20

how can I get a Chromebook to show the monitors as doesn’t see the c20 in the normal way from the usbc

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the issue.

  1. Where you purchased it and what is your order number?
  2. What is your chromebook model number?
  3. Are you use the provided USB-C cable come in the box?
  4. Do you have other USB-C to HDMI cable/adapter to try direct connect from this laptop to the monitor and bypass our iDock C20 and check does the monitor work or not?
  5. All other USB peripherals work and only the monitor not?

But could you share to use the problem is used the wrong cable or our USB-C cable issue(broken)?
