how can I get a Chromebook to show the monitors as doesn’t see the c20 in the normal way from the usbc

Thanks for getting back to us and sorry for the issue.
- Where you purchased it and what is your order number?
- What is your chromebook model number?
- Are you use the provided USB-C cable come in the box?
- Do you have other USB-C to HDMI cable/adapter to try direct connect from this laptop to the monitor and bypass our iDock C20 and check does the monitor work or not?
- All other USB peripherals work and only the monitor not?
