Hi folks, I purchased the iDock C20 in June and used it with an HP laptop and a Microsoft Surface, both worked well. I started a new job yesterday and they provided a Lenovo ThinkPad with the Snapdragon X Elite X1E78100 Qualcomm Oryon Arm based CPU. It also has a Qualcomm Adreno X1-85 GPU. If i plug the iDock in i can configure the displays, but cannot get them to display.. i have tried F7, Windows P etc and set to “extend display” but no luck. advice welcome

Thank you for getting back to us and we are really sorry for the trouble caused.
From the message and we can confirm this issue should be caused by the compatibility issue between our iDock C20 and this ThinkPad( with the Snapdragon CPU and Qualcomm GPU).
We are really sorry that we not have a laptop come with this configurations in our lab, and also hard to find this laptop in our side, so I am adraid we cannot fix it in a short time for you.
Where you bought this KVM docking and what is your order number?
And what is its serial number(A2*****)?
