Corsair K70 keyboard not recognized in Corsair iCue app when plugged into dock

My keyboard (Corsair K70 RGB MK.2) allows me to change the color behind the keys. I’m unable to do so while the keyboard is plugged into the dock.

Here’s the message I get from Corsair iCue:

The device is no longer detected or there was an issue while uploading from the onboard storage. Please reconnect your device and try again.

Thanks for reaching us and truly sorry for the trouble caused.
Which USB port this keyboard connected? If in USB 1.1 port which have the “keyboard” icon and kindly please try test with other USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 port to have a check,I am afraid the app not work with USB 1.1(and maybe also USB 2.0) and only work with USB 3.0.

Kevin, thanks for the help! That did the trick. I swear when I first set up the dock, the keyboard wasn’t recognized by the USB 3.0 ports.
