Gigabyte Brix mini PC not displaying via HDMI from dock

I’ve got a work Lenovo laptop which docks and displays fine, and a Gigabyte Brix GB-BRi7-8550 mini pc which does not display on the screens, though all the peripherals work fine.

I’ve tried various power cycles and connecting in different order, and I know the USB-C 10gb socket on the Gigabyte mini pc is fine as it used to work perfectly on the old Lenovo docking station if I unplugged the laptop and plugged in the PC and the screens worked fine - but I bought the c20 in order to avoid having to switch the cable every time.

What can I do to get the mini pc (which has it’s own power supply connected, I’m just using the usb-c for everything else) to see the screens via the idock?

Thanks for reaching us and we are truly sorry for the issue.

From your testing and I am afraid it was caused by the compatible issue between our iDock C20 and your this mini PC.

As this mini PC come have HDMI and mini DisplayPort, so recommend to exchange to our iDock C10,and this mini PC work as the desktop and connect to the “DP in” + “HDMI in” + “USB-B”, there have the HDMI cable and USB-A to USB-B cable come in the box(included one DP cable) so that you would need use the mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable.
