HDMI signal drop off - iDock C20 + Macbook Pro M1

I’ve hooked up two laptops to a C20 dock, am able to get a stable video connection from the Dell. My Macbook is able to briefly display output on my monitor before dropping off, only fix is to unplug from the computer and redo.

I’m using a HDMI 2.1 cable and the supplied USB-C cable.

Any insight and possible solutions here?

  1. What is your macbook model and the monitor resolution?
  2. How about try lowering its output resolution and refresh rate to this monitor to have a test?
  3. Do you have the thunderbolt 4 cable can try have a test, if not have the cable and can you try get one to have a test?
