HP ZBOOK A11 not charging

Hello,

For work I recently got a new HP ZBOOK A11 laptop and while all connected devices work it is simply not charging through the usb-c cable. On my old work a HP ProBook 450 G9 laptop and my FrameWork laptop the charging does work normally.

Is there a firmware update I need to run to fix this? If so where can I find this?

Hi there,

Due to our iDock C10 and iDock C20 can only supply 60W for each laptop so that if the laptop requires a higher power charging would not work, which the system would not detected this lower power.
Checked the HP ZBOOK A11 and it required 150W so cannot charging thru the USB-C from our device, so you need use its original power adapter directly connect from the AV power to laptop.
