Good day,

I own the iDock B30 and a firmware update failed (1.0.6 → 1.1.0). The iDock30 no longer works for my USB-C1 or HDMI2 inputs; it does for HDMI3.

I launch the ProAVManager_V1.1.4 Windows executable to update to either 1.0.6 or 1.1.0 and I receive an “update not found” error.

My question: is there a way to factory reset the iDockB30? Is there an ini file change I can make that will allow the 1.0.6 version to work again?

Hi Kevin, thank you. I have the device reset and working again. I have a new problem of not getting higher than 1080 resolution through USB-C1 since the reset for my Mac but one issue at a time. I may post a follow-up if I continue to have a problem with USB-C1.
