Hi, can I connect the keyboard and mouse to one of the back USBs?
Or should I always connect them to the ones at the front?
Is there any difference between these ports’ front and back?

Yes, you can connect your keyboard and mouse to the USB ports on the back panel. It will work.
Ports on the front are USB 2.0, while ports on the back are USB 3.0 (for higher bandwidth and better data transfer speed). Generally, USB 2.0 is enough for keyboard and mouse.
