iDock B30 - Display does not come back until Mac (unplug/plug USBC) or PC Laptop (power off B30 and back on)

Before my problem statement, two questions?

  1. Why isn’t iDock-B30 a tag you can assign. I would love to see mostly iDock B30 questions to go through to see if others have reported or gotten a problem fixed already.
  2. How does one know where to find the lastest, approved firmware?

Problems:

  1. Macbook (intel 2019 16" Pro) I have had an issue since begining where when I swtich back to it after some time, only the laptop display comes on. I have to unplug the USB-C cable, then plug back in for it to then use the external monitor again.
  2. My Windows laptop that was working fine, I changed the power settings to put the display to sleep. Even leaving the switch on this laptop, when I come back after a long time, the external displays do not come on. I have to use the power switch on the front of the B30. I power off, wait for the plug/play sounds to indicate removal, then power back on and my displays work again.

Most of this is just an inconvenience as I have workarounds but I hope I can do something to better report/help troubleshoot this so make it better? I really do like the product, just would like to improve to be somewhere nearer between the product promise of functionality and my expections.

Position 1: USB-C - Macbook Pro 16" i9 Intel
Position 2: Lenovo P53 - Intel UHD internal and NVidea Quadro T1000 external
Posion 3: Dell T7910 Nvidea GTX 1660 Super.

Monitors are Acer 27" 2K 2560x1440 native resolution 60hz.

Thanks!
