iDock B30, HDMI out to VGA work, HDMI to DVI not

So first, Hi there folks!

My Monitor has 2 Input choices, VGA and DVI. The problem is when i connect from the Monitor OUT of the iDock B30 a HDMI->VGA cable, the Monitor works fine but when i connect a HDMI->DVI Cable the screen stays dark although the monitor LED changes from orange to green. If i Connect the cable (HDMI->DVI) direct from the Laptop to the Monitor it works fine.
It makse no difference if I use the Laptop USB-C or my Desktop PC, the issue is always the same.
Any Ideas?

Kindly please try going to the display settings and check doe syour computer detected the second monitor or not?
From your message and it seems can be recognised and please try lowering the resolution and refresh rate for a check.
