iDock C10 AMD Radeon 6900 XT inconsistent

Hey guys,

So I’ve had the iDock C10 for a while and it’s been great on my Macbook 16 inch M4 max. Pretty much never had an issue. But on the PC side of things, things have been quite opposite. Switching to the Macbook is quick and snappy. But switching back is praying and hoping it works. I’ve had to spend 20 minutes today on booting my pc and rebooting it, because the monitor just wouldn’t turn on. I tried all the tricks, nothing worked. After 20 minutes it suddenly worked. The HDMI to HDMI port does unfortunately not work with the desktop, so displayport right now is the only option. I’ve already updated to the latest firmware and latest videocard drivers. I rock a AMD Radeon 6900 XT. Anyone else having these issues?

EDIT:
Just as a I type this and switch back to my desktop, I get the flickering screen error on the desktop side of things.

Hi Yaad,

Thanks for reaching us and so sorry for the issue.
If you only have one monitor and you can try connect to HDMI out 2 and then your desktop should connect to “HDMI in” and check if this issue happen again or not?
For now, your desktop connected to “DP in”( monitor at out 1) and please you can try lowering the refresh rate or resolution to have a test.
