Hello, i recently purchased an iDock C10 and have noticed that when my laptop is plugged in, the video on conference calls is very jumpy. When i use the same software on my desktop, it’s fine. The PC is a corporate machine and i was thinking i may need to manually update the drivers. Any thoughts? thanks
Hello Kevin,
Thanks for getting back to us.
Our product is plug and play device and no need any driver or software.
In this case, you can try to check and update the USB driver on your laptop and also the graphics card driver if they are not the up-to-date version.
Best Regards,
hello, they are up to date and when i plug in the camera into the laptop itself, or via another docking station, the camera is fine. so thats why i feel its with this iDock. any other thoughts?
Hello Kevin,
Thanks for your update.
In this case and that would caused by the incompatibility isssue between our iDock C10 with the camera.
So could you help share your camera details or its link directly, then we can try to have a check.
BesT Regards,
Hi, I am having similar issues. I have the Elgato facecam mk2 when plugged dorectly into laptop no issues if it is via the c10 then it disconnects randomly? All other accesories plugged in work fine.
I recently purchased the iDock C10 and my Logi C310 usb camera worked fine on both Teams and WebEx calls for the first few weeks. Then it started to work intermittently and then last week, it all together stopped working. When I turn it on, the video feed shows a white empty box. I’m using the iDock USB-C cable that it came with as instructed. Do you have any guidance and on how to fix this or what cameras do work with the iDock C10?
Is this camera supported? BRIO ULTRA HD PRO
BUSINESS WEBCAM - Part# 960-001105
Thanks!
Hello Coop,
Thanks for getting back to us and we are truly sorry for the issues.
Have you tried restart your computer for a check are the camera work back or not?
Also try chekc does there have another new USB driver for the camera?
Or try switch the camera to other different USB ports to have a test.
