iDock c10 - Continues disconnecting of peripherals

Hey AVAccess,

First of all I love the product. Normally under normal circumstances it does what its supposed to. However when playing games or doing anything high load on my PC my peripherals keep dis/re-connecting or even disconnecting at all.

I was wondering what kind of issue this might be.

Curerntly connected peripherals are:

  • Mouse: Steelseries rival 110
  • KB1: HyperX Alloy Origin
  • KB2: Wooting UWU (off by default)
  • audio: HyperX Cloud Alpha S
  • Camera: Logitech HD 1080

Screens (no problems here):

  • AG241QG4 1080p 120hz
  • Dell P2419H 1080p 60hz

PC specs:

  • MB: asrock b550m pro4
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
  • GPU: Geforce 3060 ti
  • PSU: 850w

Please let me know if there’s something I can change.
Its getting a bit annoying during for example gaming to have continues disconnecting peripherals.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Zereliq,
Thanks for getting back to us and we are sorry for the issue.

  1. Does this disconnecting issue happened in those situation you mentioned, and they work well in other scene?
  2. Have yout tried switch the USB-A to USB-B cable to other USB 3.0 port to have a check in PC side?
  3. When you purchased this product and what is your order number?
  4. What is the device serial number(A2*****)?

Hey Kevin,

Appriciate the response.

I seems like the issue was the following:
I had the USB-A to USB-B plugged in a USB3.2 port on my PC side.
Unsure why this would have given issues but it looks all good now.
I will do some further testing if I encounter some issues I will put them down here.

Thanks
