iDock C10 High pitched whine noise on Notebook

Hello there,
I use my iDock C10 for over a year now and am realy happy with it. My problem is that my Razer Book Notebook produces a realy loud anoying high pitched sound while charging on the iDock C10. It only does that on this specific Dock. Also it does seem that it charges with like 10 watts slower than on other chargers.
I just updated my C10 to Firmware Version 3.1.2 but it is still the same.

Thanks for getting back to us and we are truly sorry for the issue.

  1. Did you also use the Kinetic tool update the “Jaguar-***.bin” file?
  2. If possible and could you try replace your own another USB-C cable for a test which came with USB-IF-certified that supports a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with the 10Gb/s data rate.
  3. Where you purchased this product and what is your order number?
