iDock C10 keyboard and mouse doesn't work with desktop

Hi,

I’m having a problem using my iDock C10 switch. The laptop works fine with the monitor and peripherals.
However, my desktop has problem detecting my wired mouse and keyboard. It does work directly on my desktop when I insert the cables. Can anyone help me troubleshoot and fix this?

Note: my PC is relatively old, from 2017. It is connected through the DP cable (HDMI did not work).

I have tried all USB ports: none of them work.

Thanks for any help in advance.
Regards,
Michiel

Hello Michiel,

Thanks for reaching us and we are truly sorry for the issues and also keep you waiting.
Please double check does the provided USB-A to USB-B cable in box has connected from your desktop to the USB Host port on iDock C10?
If this cable has connected and kindly please try switch to other USB port on your PC side.
Many thanks~

Hi Kevin,

No worries, it was a weekend. Thank you so much for the suggestion, this works! I did not connect the USB B to USB on the desktop. Now I see the different colours in the instruction manual. Thank you very much.

Regards,
Michiel
