iDock c10 // laptop works fine; Mac mini only recognizes one monitor

I’ve tried switching cables around but only one monitor is recognized by the Mac mini (which is a 2023 M2 running Sequoia 15.2 and worked with a previous TESmart KVM). Is there a setting in the Mac OS I’m not finding?

Hi there,

Thanks for getting back to us and so sorry for this trouble caused.
Due to the mac only support DP SST mode and our device came with DP MST mode and DP alt mode, but not Displaylink or thunderbolt protocol based,so when connect to the mac via the single USB-C cable and the mac can only detected one monitor, then two monitors keep showing duplicate screens.
For now,we not have the product can support mac work with two extended displays mode, but will release one around in May to June which come with two USB-C for a mac ( desktop input still with HDMI+DO+USB) so it can work with extended dual monitors.
