IDock C10 mouse and keyboard input lag after a while

Hi,

I’ve recently bought a IDock C10, and am experiencing input lag on the mouse and keyboard after a while of using the dock.

I have a razer Naga and Blackwidow.

I’ve trie to put the peripherals in the front or the back, but that doesn’t fix it.
I’ve also already updated the firmware that the chat support provided.

The bug temporarly goes away by plugging the laptop out and in again (with the provided USB C cable)

Any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks for getting back to us,we are truly sorry for the issue.
Does this lag issue only happened on laptop?
Have you tried with your own high-end USB-C cable for a test?
What is your laptop model number?
If your laptop come with USB-C thunderbolt port and could you try get a thunderbolt cable for a test?

Hi Kevin,

  • It has happened on laptop and desktop
  • I sadly don’t own a high end USB-C or tunderbolt cable
  • The laptop is a Dell Latitude 5420 with an Intell Core I5

I’ll look for a cable to test if that helps the issue, but not sure how that would help the lag on the desktop

Hello Vincent,
For the desktop,you can try change the USB cable to other USB ports to have a test.
And also can double check does the PC’s USB driver has up-to-date.
