I’ve been having this issue with my idock c10 for the past year where it randomly disconnects and connects on my laptop. Keep in mind this only occurs when my laptop screen is closed, so I have to always keep it open for this to not happen. PC mode is running fine. Any ideas for this fix, it is really annoying.

Please try upgrade our new firmware(V3.1.2) to have a check does it can fixes the issue or not if it come with a lower version: iDock C10 Firmware(V3.1.2)
