iDock C10 Screen Tear

Hi guys, I just bought the iDock C10 because I have a laptop for work from home and I have a pretty nice PC for personal use. I hooked it up and have connected to two monitors at 1440p. One monitor is set to 144hz, and the other to 75hz. When playing games on the 144hz monitor there is a lot of screen tearing in the middle and bottom parts of the screen. This issue does not occur when I have the laptop connected. Is there any way to correct this? I have never had issues with screen tearing when my PC was directly connected to the monitors.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching us and so sorry for the issue.
Working at 144Hz monitor was connected in “out 1”,right?
Could you check does the game settings also have the resolution setting and is it work at 2560x1440@144Hz?
And if this channel working with HDR and try disable to have a test.
Also try disable the monitor’s FreeSync or G-Sync if there are anabled.
Best Regards,
