‎ iDock-C10-US - general question: Is it normal that after some time of usage the device runs hotter than usual? it’s not like burning hot, but certainly you can notice the different from example 1 hour of use, and 3 or 4 hours of continuous use. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it safe?

About this problem:

  1. Due to our unique design that utilizes the entire enclosure as a heat sink, conducting heat from the internal components to the exterior, the surface temperature of the enclosure may be slightly elevated. However, the internal temperature of the device remains stable.
  2. Our product has undergone rigorous high-temperature aging tests at an ambient temperature of 45°C for 7 days, ensuring its stability and lifespan are unaffected.
    So please don’t worry about this.

I have the same issue, even the temperature went up to 96 °C.
