iDock c10 VRR/HDR support?

Hello!

Quick, question:
Does the iDock c10 support VRR (FreeSync/GSync) together with HDR signal (if so, is it over 4k/60hz or anything lower)? Either over usb-c and/or HDMI.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching us.
Our iDock C10 not support the VRR which required the HDMI 2.1 version, and also the FreeSync/GSync.
We have the 8KSW21-KVM support VRR which come with 2x HDMI input for two computer and output with HDMI.
8KSW21DP-DM and iDock D23 can support FreeSync and G-Sync,but they are come with Displayports I/O ports.

Thank you for the answer.
Unfortunetely, as long as using display-port instead of HDMI is not a problem, lack of usb-c output(to connect both laptop and desktop) in a products you suggested is a no-go for me.

Does this mean both G-Sync and FreeSync are supported by the 8KSW21-KVM? An Amazon review here says AMD FreeSync isn’t working as expected: Amazon.de

If you need the G-Sync and FreeSync and recommend to consider our 8KSW21DP-DM,due to our 8KSW21-KVM not support these two function.

It seems, none of your products cover my needs. I’ll have to look at TESmart products that are way more expensive for exactly the feature set I’m looking for.
