iDock C20, can't use both of my monitors

Good morning. I just set up my new iDock C20 and am having issues using both of my monitors (with a MacStudio M2 Max)

I have the following monitors:

  1. Asus ProArt PA329CRV
  2. LG IPS QHD

Problem 1:

If I plug either monitor into HDMI Out 1, they work. If I have the Asus plugged into HDMI Out 1 and the LG plugged into HDMI Out 2, neither of them work.

Problem 2:

If I plug the LG into HDMI Out 1 and the Asus into HDMI Out 2, the Asus is mirrored from the LG but it is not identified as a separate monitor.

Any suggestions?

Hello there,
Thanks for getting back to AV Access.
Your LG monitor support 2560x1440 resolution, and Asus moniotor support 4K.
And your laptop is Mac OS,right?
For our iDock series with USB-C,when connect to mac and two monitors can only work with mirrored mode, which is detected the output 1 monitor and output 2 monitor show duplicate screen.
In this case, recommend to the lower resolution monitor connected in output 1 port and two monitors can work.
