I’ve recently purchased an iDock C20 which is working fine with my ThinkPad E15 - displaying on both screens, charging, keyboard, mouse etc
However, with my Chuwi Minibook X N150 the displays are not working - although everything else is.
I’ve checked both monitors independently through a separate UGREEN CM195 Multifunction Hub and both work fine and display/extend the Chuwi Minibook X N150 - so it seems to be an issue with the C20.
Any ideas as I really like the dock and if it can be resolved would like to keep it.

Thanks for contacting us and we are truly sorry for the issue.
Please try the laptop connect to the power directly and not charging thru C20.
Try test with another USB-C cable which work with the thinkpad E15.
If you use the provided USB-C cable and please try test with your own other cables, such as thunderbolt 4 cable or other USB-IF-certified cable that supports a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with the 10Gb/s data rate.
So can check if is the provided USB-C cable not work well with this laptop.
If still not work with other cables, I am afraid you need return the device and get a refund which may caused by our C20 have the compatibility issue with your laptop.
Then you can consider exchange to our KD-E20 which come with different solution.
