iDock C20 power failure

After using it for less than a week, device shut down suddenly and it won’t turn on. The power supply works as intended but the device seems like it’s not responding at all. Unit is connected directly to a power outlet and I’m using all cables supplied.

The returns policy is VERY limiting as you need to have all packaging to return it and in Australia, by law, returns do not require the original box.

This device is quite costly and the shipping was very expensive as well. I’m disappointed as it seems that I just got myself a A$450+ paperweight on my desk, my whole workflow is massively affected and customer service would not get back to me.
