I have an issue with the iDock D23 I purchased from you about two months ago. For some reason, it no longer reads my third monitor. Both the monitor and the cables are functioning, as I have tested them individually on other computers. It seems to be the dock that is preventing the signal from reaching the monitor (I have also tried switching ports, but the problem persists).

10 october : Good morning, update: the monitors are completely unusable when connected through the dock (if I connect them directly to the computers via cable, they work perfectly). Additionally, both the mouse and keyboard, although connected, sometimes stop working until I have to unplug and replug them. This happens without changing desktops. The same issues persist on both computers. Is it possible to receive assistance?
