iDock D23 no sound

Hello everyone,
I just received my new D23 today and need some help with the audio. I’ve connected it to two different PCs according to the instructions, but I can’t get any sound to play through it.
Here’s my setup and what I’ve tried so far:

  • The USB cables are connected to both PCs.
  • I have selected “iDock” as the audio output device in the sound settings.
  • The PC’s volume indicator shows that audio is playing.
  • When I switch the audio output back to the PC’s internal speakers, the sound works perfectly.

It seems the issue is isolated to the D23’s audio output.

Thanks for reaching us and so sorry for the trouble caused.

  1. The “AV Access iDock” option of sounds is the 3.5mm headphone.
  2. This port is 2-in-1 and require to use the 4-pins headset connector.
  3. You can confirm if the connector has full plug in and it is not caused by poor connection, then try rotating the connector.
