iDock D23 some USB devices not working on Mac

My iDock D23 arrived today and it’s a fantastic piece of kit. The monitor switching is working amazingly, and the keyboard/mouse switching is super smooth.

However, multiple USB devices aren’t being picked up on one of my devices. My USB headset do not seem to appear when I switch to my Macbook. My mouse, keyboard and printer are working fine though.

Is there any drivers I need to install on my Mac to make sure it gets picked up properly?

The headset worked fine with my previous USB switcher. The headset also works fine if I plug in directly to the mac. The headset receives power on the iDock, but does not show as an audio device on the macbook. The headset works fine through the iDock on my PC.

I have allowed the USB accessory within the MacOS, but it does not show the headset as connected in the System Information window

Hello there,

Thanks for getting back to AV Access.
Seems you also has left a message on our webchat, right?
But reply you in here as well:
When Mac connect to our iDock D23,you should use the docking to output with displayports, right?
So how is the provided USB-A to USB-B connected from mac to D23, via the docking or adapter?
If so,please try replace a USB-C(male) to USB-A( female) adapter direct connect from Mac to D23 for a check.
Many thanks.
