iDock M10 laptop as desktop just switch on 1 monitor

Hello!

When I purchased this idock M10 my intention was to use it with both my laptops: macbook Pro M4, and a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 5th. So, I connected the MacBook with dual USB-C to dual USB-C cable (1) and the lenovo with USB-C cable and the HDMI cable (it doesn’t have any DP port). When i switch from the Mac to the Lenovo just one monitor remains ON. If I connect the lenovo as laptop 1 (meaning instead of the MacBook and using the dual USB-C cable) both monitors work with no problems.
Is there anything I can do for using both laptops? Thanks :wink:

Hi Duarte,

For the Thinkpad X1 Carbon 5th, you need use another USB-C to DP cable connect to the DP in of M10, so that it can work with dual monitor,or it will only work with the “Monitor B” which corresponds to “HDMI in” and “Monitor A” corresponds to “DP in”.
