IdockC10 connectivity issue

I have tested the dock across 3 lenovo and 1 dell
with the dell i am having no issues but with lenovo i am continuously having the dock disconnect and instantly reconnect.

I have updated power settings on the lenovo and updated the setting “allow the computer to turn off the device to save power” but still no luck.
Lenovo P15s
Lenovo T480s
Lenovo P14s
What else can i do to troubleshoot?
Im not sure how to check the firmware of the dock, no info is provided in the installation guide.

  1. When you bought this item and what is the device serial number?
  2. How about the Lenovo laptop directly connect to power and not charging thru iDock C10?
  3. If possible and try test with other high-end USB-C cable, such as a 40Gbps cable or Thunderbolt 4(USB 4) cable.
