I have a personal desktop PC in which I have a dual boot xubuntu 24.04 and windows 11. I also have a work laptop with windows 11. The KVM works great if I’m just switching between the windows laptop and the desktop PC when booted in windows 11. The only one it has a problem with is when I have my desktop PC booted in xubuntu 24.04. It’s fine except the screen will cut out for like 10 seconds then go back on with the display settings popping up. It continually does this. Could this be a driver issue? Can’t be anything with the cords as everything is working fine on either laptop or desktop as long as I’m in windows 11.

Thanks for getting back to us and we are truly sorry for the issue.
As you mentioned that it work well with the windows system,so that may caused by the driver issue or incompatibility issue vetween our device and the Linux system.
So please try update the driver for a check.
If the problem still persist and that should be the incompatibility issue and I am afraid we cannot solve it in a short time.
