KD-E10 doens't recognise second screen and ethernet input

Hello,

I recently bought a KVM Dock Switch KD-E10 and everything works fine except for two things.

The first is that the Ethernet connection does not work on the computer but it works on the laptop.

The second problem is that the laptop does not recognise the second screen but the computer does.

I have tried different cables for the screens, rebooting the computers with everything connected and disconnected, and activating the troubleshooter, but nothing works.

What could be the cause or the solution to these problems?

Hi Alex,
Thanks for reaching us and so sorry for the issues.

  1. The LAN port( internet connection) only work for the laptop thru the USB-C connection and not support the desktop.
  2. If your laptop is macOS? If so and the mac can only detected one monitor and then output duplicate contents so two monitors keep mirroring screens.
    That is due to MacOS devices only support DP SST mode, so two duplicate contents will be displayed.
