The product featured is a different product to the E10 I know, but does the E10 or other KVM docks have hotkey functionality so you can switch between clients using a keyboard command/hotkey rather than the hardware switch?

The KD-E10, iDock C10, iDock C20, KD-E20 not support the Hotkey switchign function.
Our 4KSW41C-KVM, 8KSW21-KVM, 4KSW21-DM, 8KSW21DP-DM, iDock B30 and iDock D23 came support the hotkey switching function.
By the way, the iDock C20, KD-E20 and iDock D23 also support the wired remote switch button(EXB01)
