I am connecting my Laptop ThinkBook 20SL to iDock C20 but it is not charging because my laptop required 20V - 3.25A
I already connect to external Power but still display is not showing but Keyboard & mouse is working fine.
Note:
- first time I used this laptop was working fine but second use I face this issue.
- I already test with another USB-C cable.
when I check driver it says this “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)”

Hi Omar,
Thanks for getting back to us and we are so sorry for the trouble caused.
- Have your tried reboot your laptop to have a test?
- How about try switch two laptops connectedd port to check if another laptop can work in this port, or this laptop still no work in another port?
