Please do you guys know where can I find the power supply of this product (4KSW41-KVM-PRO)? I lost it during the move, I am waiting for it to reset my AV system. Thanks a lot.

Sorry to hear that, but I am afraid that we don’t have the power supply for sale solely. You can find one which has the same gauge as ours, please note the pin type and voltage(12V). Have a nice day.
