Low Resolution problems with C20, Two Laptops, Two 3440x1440 monitors

Hello.

I recently purchased the C20, SN: A25A0505

I use two laptops and keep both laptops closed when in use. I know my computers support both of my monitors with simultaneous use. The problem is that one of my monitors will not allow a large enough resolution to fit the organic resolution for the monitor. Please see the details below and advise how I can solve the problem.

I use two monitors connected via HDMI to the C20 using thunderbolt cable 4 from PC to the C20.

Monitor 1: Samsung LS34C650TANXGO

Hi Nate,

Thanks for getting back to us and truly sorry for the trouble caused.

  1. As our product came with DP MST mode and DP alt mode, and not thunderbolt protocol or Displaylink based.
  2. The two monitors’ real output resolution also depends on the laptop graphics card performance while ot output multiple video streams thru the single USB-C ports.
    In this case, some laptops cannot output two large enough resolution to fit both two monitors’ native resolution.
