Multiple 4KIP100-KVM interfering

Hello,

I have 4 PCs, 4 4KIP100-KVMs, and 4 HMI endpoints that I would like to connect to the same network via 2 gigabit switches. Each KVM pair functions fine on their own but once I connect more than one set to the network all of them fail to permanently link. The link light flashes and the screens are dark with an occasional tear.

Each has the DIP switches set uniquely; first is 1111, second is 0000 and third is 1100. and I’m using CAT5e between the switches.

Any help would be appreciated a this is the use case for which I purchased these.

Updating based on a phone conversation with your tech support, apparently the switches require 1 Gigabit per KVM to function. Meaning to run the advertised 16 possible pairs a person would require a 16 Gb switch to handle the bandwidth.

Sorry for that, and this product required from each transmitter to paired receiver must have 1Gbps bandwidth.
