A few hours ago I placed an order for an iDock B30 via the avaccess.com website.
On submitting my payment details, the site showed an error message indicating that I should check my order history and card payment history before placing the order again.
A payment has been made via my card, but I received no order confirmation email. Every time I have tried to access the website since (several times over the past few hours), I have been shown a bad gateway error (502), or website unavailable error.
I cannot provide an order number (no confirmation email, and no ability to view an order history), but I need to know what is going on with this order. So to any av access staff members, the email address I used to place the order is the same one I used to register this community login, and it is the only order I have placed.
I would appreciate it if someone got back to me in an official capacity ASAP.
