The disconnections continue. it is impossible to change the settings because I am not an administrator of my PC.
Incidentally, Ethernet 20 is a Juniper virtual interface for VPN.
The Enternet 37 physical interface is at 1 Gbs
I’ve noticed that disconnections are triggered when I’m in Teams so maybe when the traffic is loaded
(Sorry It’s in bold character but I don’t know How to put in normal character) in order to update the driver of the Idock C20, the support sent me a Kinetix 6.3.0 software with an operating mode. I have an Nvidia graphics card. Here are the logs of this little Kinetics software:
Kinetic AUX-ISP Tool v6.3.0
Wed Feb 5 14:10:23 2025 ====================================
Auto scan graphics adapter…
NVidia [NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU] Driver ver: 55599 : Init done ==> No available port!
AMD: Loading DLL… Failed!
Intel: Gfx init failed! (Err code: 0x0154) =============================================
I specify that I have 2 Intel and Nvidia graphics cards with dynamic management.
I launched the utility by disabling the Intel board, with administrator rights, and it still doesn’t work. Kinetix does not detect the host
Do I have the right update kit?
Is there an action I need to do at my level to launch the utility?
I see the “Ethernet 20” is the VPN,so cannot adjust the connection speed, right?
Do you have other single AMD graphics card laptop can try have a test?
Due to the Kinetic tool developed by the USB-C chipset manufacture and we cannot improved it in our side.
Truly sorry for the inconvenience.
It’s impossible to adjust anything on my professional laptop (HP Envy EliteBook)
On my personnal laptop from wich I try to update the firmware:
I haven’t any AMD processor. Only Intel(R) Core™ Ultra 9 185H
For graphics : Intel graphic + NVIDIA with dynamic management.
I am so sorry for that.
In this case and maybe you can consider ask return and get refund, due to the issue may caused by the unexpected compatibility with the VPN connections.
Truly sorry for the inconvenience.
