Right click stops working 4KSW41

On my 4KSW41 pro the right click randomly stops working. This carries through any selected port when it happens. The only fix is to power cycle the KVM and the right click returns immediately. On some rare occasions it will just start working on its own.
Disconnecting the mouse itself does not fix the problem and the right click will still not be working when the mouse is physically disconnected and reconnected. This behavior also happens with all mice which are connected.
I have 4 systems connected and the right click fails across all four and returns across all four at the same time.

Is this a bug? Is there perhaps a firmware update for this device?

Thanks for getting back to us and so sorry for the issues.
The KVM has came with the latest firmware version and we are not have a update version.
Have you tried switch the USB-A to USB-B cable to different USB ports in all PCs side to have a test does the issue still persist?
Do you have other mouse can try have a check are there also have same issue or not?
