Hi, so I have two laptops connected to iC20 KVM, everything is going smooth but when I switch around the tabs are stuck in the monitor and do not come back to the original laptop. I guess this has been always there. Any fixes for this?

Thanks for getting back to us and so sorry for the trouble caused.
That is due to our device come support EDID simulation and when you switch to another laptop, the previous will think it still connected with the external monitors, so the tabs do not come back to the original laptop screen.
In this case, can only setup the previous laptop disconnect from the monitors, such as perss the “windows” button + “P” and choose the “PC screen only” option or going to the laptop display settings and set up disconnect with the monitors, then all the tabs will come back to laptop screen.
