Solution:

  1. Check the USB-A to USB-B cable connection: Double check that the USB-A to USB-B cable is securely connected to both the KVM switch and the computer. If the connection is loose, the keyboard may not work properly.
  2. Test different USB ports: Try connecting the keyboard to different USB ports on both the computer and the KVM switch. This will help determine if the issue is with a particular USB port or with the KVM switch itself.
  3. Check for compatibility issues: If the keyboard still doesn’t work, try using a different keyboard and mouse to see if there are compatibility issues with the current devices.
